Items in original, unused condition may be exchanged or returned for store credit, within 14 days of sale. Items returned for exchange or store credit must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Watches may not be returned if worn, protective stickers have been removed, or manufacturer’s warranty has been filled out. Jewelry may not be returned if modified from original state, including but not limited to sizings and the setting of diamonds or gemstones. Gift cards will be issued as a merchandise credit. Purchases from the Extreme Value Case, estate jewelry, special orders, completed layaways, items marked “as is” or “final sale”, altered pieces, including ring sizing and custom pieces, are not returnable or exchangeable.

Gift certificates or gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
